Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase and have not yet opened the product packaging, you may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please note that returns of opened packages are not allowed, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

• All returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging, labels, and tags intact.
• To request a return, please contact us via Phone, Email, or our Contact Form, and include your order number and contact information in your request.
• Once your refund request is confirmed, we will arrange a courier pickup from your delivery address within 1-2 working days.
• After receiving the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.

• Once the cancellation is processed, you will receive a refund via your original payment method within 7 working days.
