We are a registered company through Global Tax-Free. You will need to present your passport upon purchase, and our staff will issue an eTRS transaction for you to present at the Global Tax-Free kiosk at the airport. Only for in-store purchases, online transactions are not applicable.

If the product is received in faulty condition, we will honor a one-to-one exchange within 7 days. Customers are to either return ship the parcel (at their own cost) or to do a physical exchange at our retail store(s).
