The Jupiter utilizes four balanced armature and Campfire Audio's patented Tuned Acoustic Expansion Chamber™ technology. Special attention in the design is focused on bringing out the high frequency extension, delivering clarity and definition. Featuring dual high frequency drivers, the Jupiter discards a traditional 'tube and damper' tuning system for the new Tuned Acoustic Expansion Chamber™ (TAEC). The 3-D printed chamber provides the acoustic tuning without compression. As a result, high frequencies are extended and open, providing an unmatched sonic quality unique to Campfire Audio earphones. Offering a top end without edge, balanced and open mids, and vocals that retain their natural tonality with engaging presence, the Jupiter is the definition of power and grace. The Jupiter features a new coating - Ceratoke, a polymer-ceramic composite coating. The unique formulation used for Ceratoke ceramic coating enhances a number of physical performance properties including abrasion/wear resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength and hardness. With a precision machined housing, the Jupiter has an improved sonic performance by reducing vibrations that induce sonic distortion. The shell also extends the life of the earphones by offering protection from drops.

Featuring custom Beryllium Copper MMCX, it eliminates the traditional shortcomings of the connection and harnesses all of its benefits. Beryllium Copper provides a robust mating mechanism; one that is typically made from soft brass. This selection of a harder material extends the life of the component and the earphone. Mating pins will not wear out, making replacing or upgrading earphone cable easy.
