After Sales Service


  • All products are genuine and comes with one year warranty, unless otherwise stated.
  • Product warranty is limited to solely internal defects such as loss of sound and sound distortion, and it does not include physical defects such as exposed wires, broken parts, or wear and tear.
  • All warranty claims must be supported by a valid receipt within the warranty duration. Additional particulars may be request to verify the validity of the purchase. Additional fees may be imposed should the defect be outside the scope of the warranty.
  • All warranty is subjected to the company’s terms and conditions, and the management reserves the right to reject any claims that are out of the warranty scope.

How to claim your warranty?

  • All products sold (excluding accessories & cables) comes with a 1 year warranty, unless otherwise stated. 
  • If your purchase is faulty within the warranty period, here are some ways which we can help you with.

To reduce your inconvenience, please ensure the followings:

- Check that the product defect is within the scope of warranty.
- Ensure that the warranty period is still valid. 
- Proof of purchase is available.


Exchange Policy

  • Only uopened and unmarked product(s) can be exchanged for another product(s) of similar or of a higher value within Seven (7) days from the date of purchase with the proof of purchase 
  • Reprint of receipt is strictly prohibited 
  • Product(s) requiring an exchange due to manufacturer fault must be returned with its full original packaging and accessories 
  • Customer to bear the price difference if the exchange is of a higher value product. 
  • Refunds are strictly not allowed. 

Exchanging of product

If you are buying our products for a gift, you can request for an exchange for another product within 7 days upon receiving the product. All exchanges can only be done in person at our office, and a valid proof of purchase must be accompanied with the product. Exchanges are strictly by:

- Subject to stock availability.
- Product must be in sealed and original packaging.
- Products that come in loose packaging or accessories such as ear tips are not entitled for exchange.
- Product exchanged must be of similar or higher value.
- The management’s decision is final.
